These terms apply to all creative services provided by Rebel Dragon Creative, LLC.

Scope of Work

All services are provided based on an agreed proposal, estimate, or written agreement. Any work outside the approved scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to begin work. The deposit is non-refundable and is applied toward the final project balance. Remaining balances are due according to the terms outlined in your proposal or invoice. Late payments may pause work or delay delivery.

Refunds

Due to the nature of creative services, all services are non-refundable once work has begun. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed work.

Revisions

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, content, and approvals. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Data Security 

Rebel Dragon Creative, LLC follows commercially reasonable data security practices appropriate for a small design business. To request a copy of our Data Security Practices, email support@rebeldragoncreative.com.

Ownership & Usage

Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received, unless otherwise stated in writing. Rebel Dragon Creative, LLC retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

Project Pauses or Cancellations

If a project is paused or canceled by the client, the deposit remains non-refundable and all work completed to date will be invoiced.

Limitation of Liability

Rebel Dragon Creative, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the services provided.

Insurance

Rebel Dragon Creative, LLC is fully insured with appropriate business insurance coverage for the services provided. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of any changes.
